I felt like I hit the jackpot with this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, just a stone's throw from 5th Av with an abundance of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff, especially Alberto, Angel, and Edwardo, were incredibly helpful, catering to our every need with a smile. However, the noise level from vans and water trucks in the mornings was a bit of a downside. The dining experience was average with a limited selection, but the rooms were spacious and well-equipped, providing a cozy retreat. I found great value for the price paid overall.
